Move from the MCF maven

Why would this feature be useful?

This allows devs to view the artifact versions much easily.

This isn't something that's planned. Artifact versions can be obtained from the files present on CurseForge or Modrinth. Setting up the infrastructure associated with a Maven isn't something I'm keen on.
