[1.18.1][1.1.0.39] Terrablender causes custom json dimensions to not be created

What's the issue you encountered?
Issue report I received: TelepathicGrunt/Bumblezone#97
How can the issue be reproduced?
Put on Terrablender, Terralith, and Bumblezone all on latest versions and latest forge version. Trying to do /execute command will show bumblezone dimension does not exist.
Removal of terrablender causes Bumblezone dimension to spawn again.
