Does not generate terrain features in the skyland dimension (immersive portals incompatibility)

What's the issue you encountered?
The version 1.19.2-2.0.1.130 [fabric] does not generate terrain features like trees in the the skyland dimension. The dimension is genearted but is terrain only.
This bug was not present in 1.19.2-2.0.1.127
How can the issue be reproduced?
Create a modpack with:
-immersive portals v2.2.5
-oh the biomes you'llgo v2.0.0.13
-terrablender v2.0.1.130
(modloader: fabric v0.14.10)
Generate world with dimension stack and skyland1 or skyland2 dimension present
Go to skyland
