Rock Javelins do 4.4 attack damage, more than the 4.0 of axes of the same class. Every other tier has javelins operating at roughly half the damage of the ax of that tier. This also means that Rock javelins out-damage copper ones, and tie or out damage Bronze ones (tested on Polar Bears and Panthers with cast Javelins, difference was at least a javalin throw/strike for copper, and either tied or 1 strike faster kill for rock over bronze)

Should probably have their damage lowered to about 2.2/2.1 or so to be in line with the rest of rock tools.
