TFCT: JEI does not show salting meat recipes

When JEI brings up the uses of salt powder (tfc:powder/salt) only the fresh->salt water recipe appears.

To Reproduce

  1. Search for salt in JEI
  2. press u to see usages
  3. Expect to see salted meat, but only see saltwater recipe.
