Barrel recipes which consume fluid in a bucket consume the entire bucket item

Describe the bug

I expected to get an empty bucket back upon completing certain barrel recipes.
The entire bucket is consumed when the bucket is placed in the middle slot to complete the recipe.

To Reproduce

Get a barrel with the necessary ingredient stored inside for a recipe such as brine, vinegar milk
Put the (tfc wood) bucket inside the middle slot to complete the recipe; vinegar for both respective recipes listed prior
Recipe will work, but bucket will be consumed in the process
