Describe the bug
Technical blocks (Placed Items, Pit Kiln) drop themselves when broken

To Reproduce
Placed Items:

  1. Place an item on the ground
  2. Break it to receive the Placed Items block

Pit Kiln:

  1. Place item on the ground
  2. Add straw
  3. Break to receive the Pit Kiln block
