Meat category should be "Protein", Soybeans should give

Meat category was named Protein in Classic, and Eggs and Soybeans gave protein.

Eggs are reported in #1202 Not sure if we change that or not. There are many vegetables, and soybeans are an IRL protein source, so soybeans should be changed to give protein/meat.
