Log pile turns into Charcoal pit almost immediately in certain conditions

Describe the bug:
Shift-clicking on top of a log pile with Flint and Steel (or other igniting items from other mods, lighter from GTCE for example) turns that log pile into charcoal pit almost instantly (next tick), even without covering log pile on all sides.
Make sure to include:

  1. What did you expect to happen:
    Nothing, or just burning logs, like how it happens if you just right-click
  2. What actually happened instead (i.e. what was the bug):
    Charcoal pile appears.
  3. No log since there's no crash.
  4. If they would help to explain the issue, include screenshots:

To Reproduce

  1. Place log pile (by shift-clicking on ground with logs)
  2. Shift-click on top of log pile with Flint and Steel

Meta Info

  • TFC Version: MC1.12.2-1.0.12.141
  • Were any other mods included? Can you reproduce it without these other mods? I was able to reproduce it with only TFC and few other mods which do not change gameplay (JEI, HWYLA, FoamFix ans others)
