Missing / Inconsistent Crafting recipes

- White carpet is inconsistent with all the rest of the other carpet recipes. It should require wool, not cloth.
- Blue wool is not able to be crafted by hand. Possibly a removed recipe, or might be one that only accepts lapis, and not
dyeBlue? - Rail recipes are weird (there are duplicates, and they can't be crafted with steel). This is also tied to all other redstone components that are uncraftable (although this is a separate issue with it's own plan to be adressed)
