Miscellaneous is misspelled in the tooltip of "Misc" config option

I deeply apologize for being that guy BUT....
Describe the bug
- What did you expect to happen?
I expected it to be spelled right lol. - What actually happened instead (i.e. what was the bug)
It's spelled miscelaneous (one "L", when it should have two). - If they would help to explain the issue, include screenshots
To Reproduce
Attention to detail is important!
- Go to TFC's config options in the mods option on the title screen.
- Then highlight Misc settings option

- TFC Version: 1.3.1.146
- Were any other mods included? Can you reproduce it without these other mods?
yes but I don't think the mods are affecting this lol. - If necessary, what other mods (including versions) MUST be present to experience the bug?
