Describe the bug
Make sure to include:

1. What did you expect to happen?
   when blocking water with a horizontal support beam any water downstream should disappear
2. What actually happened instead (i.e. what was the bug)
   flowing water blocks remained despite not being connected to a source block
3. If it was a crash, upload the full log file (latest.log)
4. If they would help to explain the issue, include screenshots
   
   

To Reproduce
Attention to detail is important!

1. As seen in the screenshots, place vertical supports with a stream of water flowing in between them. One of the support beams has to be directly adjacent to the water or you can not place the horizontal beam.
2. Then place the horizontal connecting beam on the vertical one that is NOT next to the water. The block blocking the water can't be placed directly, it has to be one of the automatically placed beams.
