Describe the bug
Make sure to include:

1. What did you expect to happen? Crops would eventually die of old age. With B:enableCropDeath=true set.
2. What actually happened instead (i.e. what was the bug). In an area where temps are never lower than 13C crops stay mature forever.

To Reproduce
Attention to detail is important!

1. Do 'move to a tropical environment.
2. Then plant crops.
3. Once mature, wait for them to die.
4. Encounter heat death of universe before the mature crops die.
