Too many anvil plans for ingredient makes some items unselectable

If an input item has more than 18 possible plans, then the 18+ plans are not selectable. This occured with TFC, TerraFirmaThings and TFCTech with a wrought iron ingot. The knife plan was 19 and is no longer selectable
Make sure to include:
- What did you expect to happen? Scroll bar? Random selection of plans so the 18+ plans may appear by just reselecting the plan button
- What actually happened instead (i.e. what was the bug) The 19th plan + just not available to select

- TFC Version: terrafirmacraft-mc1.12.2-1.7.2.160
- Were any other mods included? Can you reproduce it without these other mods? Terrafirmathings, TFCTech. Just other TFCAddons that add additional anvil plans.
- If necessary, what other mods (including versions) MUST be present to experience the bug? Any mods adding anvil plans.
