Open Mod Options → TerraFirmaCraft → Config → Device Settings → Sluice. There are two lines labelled “Tank Storage”. In the detailed descriptions in the tooltips, one of them is the work limit per chunk and the other is the search radius. Neither of these things is a “tank storage”. This happens in both English (US) and English (CA) locales.
