When creating test worlds and looking through thousands of chunks, I did not find sugarcane. I tried to search for high humidity and high temperature. Either this is a generation bug or I was looking incorrectly. If this is not a generation bug, then by what principle should you search? In TFC for Minecraft 1.7.10 sugarcane could be found in swamps, but in 1.12.2, when I looked through thousands of chunks, I did not find a single swamp. The problem continues regardless of other mods.
