Investigate or resolve:

• vanilla chests and barrels are still craftable
• tfc trapped chests are not craftable (vanilla trapped chest recipe takes precedence)
• tfc bookshelves, crafting tables, lecterns are not craftable (vanilla recipes take precedence [maybe make the tfc versions use lumber instead of plank blocks while still allowing vanilla bookshelf/crafting table for compatibility reasons?])
• minecart with chest craftable with vanilla and tfc chests (unintended?)
• vanilla brick blocks have both the 4 brick recipe for 1 and the 5 brick 4 mortar recipe for 2
• no recipes for tfc raw gems -> cut gems (not sure about this one, but being able to get a jukebox would be neat)
• wool block still craftable with 4 spider string
• fishing rod recipe is backwards to the item icon/vanilla recipe (is this to keep the vanilla recipe working?)
• can't make "wood", bark or stripped versions (the logs with all bark textures made with 2x2 logs, 4 -> 3)
• stripped logs and "wood" logs have no uses (no lumber sawing, not firepit fuel, no support crafting, no tannin)
• sheepskin knife shearing recipe does not return rawhide, only wool
• red/blue steel buckets not craftable
