Steps to reproduce:

• Place a chest facing in any direction (e.g. north)
• Place items in the chest
• Place a new chest the block directly behind the chest (e.g. to the south)
• The original chest now rotates, and the double chest faces either east or west.
• When opening the double chest, it is now empty, even though it should retain items from the original chest
