Milk fluid missing sounds on interactions with fluid containers

- Also milk makes no sound when you pour it in a barrel or take it out with a wooden bucket
This may be a Forge issue because they are registering the fluid. We might be able to fix it anyway, or it may be our issue.
This is an issue with Forge and has been reported as MinecraftForge#9316.
