The whole idea of creative is so that we can move around easily.
As of 2/17 latest version, when in creative I get a cave-in after EVERY block I break.

Also, in survival... the cave ins make the game impossible to play,
I just don't have hours and hours to spend playing, this is why I tried creative.

I will keep a watch and if the game becomes playable, I will be back.
