as the title suggests. the discord links in the readme file are not working they are just linking to invite.gg with no actual invitation link to the server.

The link was to invite.gg/terrafirmacraft but evidently we don't have that anymore. In any case, changed to our https://discord.gg/PRuAKvY one.
