Adding items to an existing pile of rocks or an ingot pile plays the sound at the wrong pitch

In these cases, the initial placement sound is the correct pitch, but subsequent additions to the same pile have the wrong pitch.
For piles of rocks, placing the first rock plays a sound with pitch multiplier 0.8. However, the rest have pitch multiplier 1.0, which is wrong.
For ingot piles, the initial placement has a pitch of 1.2, but again, subsequent ingot have pitch 1.0 instead of 1.2.
This could probably be fixed by having these sounds called through the blocks sound type.
