Version:

The procedure to reproduce:

1. Create a world.
2. Using command to set the season to winter.
   
3. Wait a water block with plant to freeze.
   
4. Put a block on it.
   
5. Break the ice, the block will be voided.
   

What is expected to happen:
The plant will be destoryed.

This bug voided many hoppers of my water mill.
