Lamps and Fuel

Problem: Crafting lamps is quite complex, and they are not available from the start. Additionally, they require fuel to operate: olive oil or fat. Currently, all lamps, regardless of material, hold 250 mV of fuel. This is enough for about 10 months of operation when using oil. In server conditions, this is very little. Players have to refill the lamps every game session. When using fat, the operating time is reduced to just over 2 months.

Solution: Make the lamp capacity depend on the material from which it is made. For example, if a copper lamp retains a 250 mV capacity, a steel lamp could hold 1375 mV of oil, which would last for 11,000 game hours, or about 4 years and 9 months. The best solution would be to add a lampCapacity parameter for each lamp type in the tfc-server.toml config, rather than a single one for all.
