Im not entirely sure what causes this, but heres what happens

Ive built a setup with 30 trip hammers on a server. (it did this bug in singleplayer too)
And sometimes, after a random amount of time, they will all stop working.

This issue can be fixed by breaking and replacing the power source (this case its a water wheel)
the trip hammers then all work. They all stop working or work at the same time on the same axle line

Im not sure if it does this with windmills, but it seems to happen consistently after a while on water wheels, ive fixed my trip hammer setup multiple times by applying the above fix.

I know someone mention something about trip hammers needing a specific rotation value, maybe thats the culprit.
