Graphite Minimum Y-Level is not Noted in the Guidebook

In the code for graphite veins there is a minimum y of -30

It's not especially difficult to wind up below -30 y, so this probably should be noted to avoid players trying to find graphite below it's minimum spawn
This is with TFC 3.2.14 for 1.20.1

Perhaps the problem is that the stone graphite spawns in is mostly generated below its minimum y, although I don't have the numbers to back this up, just observations from playing. Perhaps graphite should have its minimum y lowered significantly.
