magma doesnt resupply air capacity label and doesnt stop emmiting bubbles if it was replaced in different spot

when standing on a magma with shift, it could resupply your air capacity in 1.20, but in 1.21 it doesnt

previously placed magma blocks on their spots dont stop emmiting bubbles

note: bug will dissapear if i place any block and then break it there will be no bubbles
