In 1.20 you could chisel many stone varients to make stairs/slabs on demand, that feature seems to be missing in 1.21.1

Bug confirmed - tested it with multiple types of stone. Only raw and hardened are able to be chiseled. Looking into the root cause

Root cause - providers are only generating recipes for chiseling stairs/slabs for raw and hardened, not smooth, mossy, cracked, mossy_cracked, cobble, mossy_cobble,

Not sure if chiseling is the intention for mossy, but I can add support for the rest of the providers later today.

Anything that has stair/slab variants should be chiselable into those, including wood etc.
