[4.0.9][Neoforge] Anvil crafting can't finalize recipes until I relog for each craft

The ingot is shown as being worked, but it does not convert into the desired shape. The same thing happened when trying to make a hammer head.
I need to Re start the game, to be able to complete the anvil craft. And after that is done, I can no longer do any more anvil craft unless I restart the game.
