Since most mods have single ingot recipes for sheets/plates this causes an easily exploitable duplication method, if any user obtains a sheet/plate that can be melted into metal units in a crucible, and it has a single ingot requirement recipe then you can essentially double the ingot.

Alternatively, we could make the plate[Metal] an optional ore dict value, because if we're adhering to typical mod standards, TFC sheets evidently aren't the same as what mods expect as plates.

I suppose that could work actually, just once people can't melt plates into twice their worth the problem is solved, even better would be to have actual plates natively but then again that's just extra bulk on TFC's part if they don't have a use.
