TFC's hotbar changes don't seem to work well with other mods that add hotbar changes.

I think a configurable option to use the vanilla hot bar rather than TFC's would be very useful, both for aesthetic purposes and for better mod compatibility with mods that add tweaks to the vanilla bar.
