Describe the bug
Make sure to include:

1. What did you expect to happen? being able to shear sheep with a knife like in 1.7.10. However shearing a sheep with a knife meant you only got 1 wool and the recovery time for the sheep wool was about 2x longer, instead of the guaranteed 2 from using shears and quicker recovery for the wool
2. What actually happened instead (i.e. what was the bug) was not able to shear a sheep with a knife
3. If it was a crash, upload the full log file (latest.log) no
