Describe the request

1. What problem or issue would this enhancement solve?
   It would allow relying on other mods torch overwrites, an example being PrimalCore, which has to have its own changes completely disabled to run alongside TFC.
2. Describe the feature itself - what would change, what would happen. In general more detail is good!
   TFC would stop overwriting the vanilla torch, freeing it up to either function as a vanilla torch, or for other mods to overwrite with their own unique mechanics.
