SSP quit desyncs Calendar/World time

Describe the bug
Make sure to include:

What did you expect to happen?
World and Calendar time to stay synced.
What actually happened instead (i.e. what was the bug)
Quitting/restarting SSP knocks time out of sync by a second or two every occurrence.
