1. What problem or issue would this enhancement solve?
   A configuration option to change trees to either generate with logs that have the regular placed down block state, rather than being fell able all at once using an axe, or to allow tree logs to be broken like normal vanilla logs.
2. Describe the feature itself - what would change, what would happen. In general more detail is good!
   Modpack customization, personal preferences?, consistency with other modded trees, etc.
