Granted these are all down to the bug MC-1133, so the true fix would be to eliminate these particles altogether, but the obvious fix would be to just make the particles appear the correct colour.

Vanilla water is not affected:

This issue is stale because it has been open 30 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 5 days
