Missing from #733, should be added eventually for compatibility:

• Chisel recipe viewing for smoothing (stairs and slabs are dynamic based on crafting recipes)
• CT integration for chisel smoothing recipes. Recipe registry is already setup.
• Documentation in github wiki for any CT syntax that's added

Not including extensible of chisel modes: "smoothing" is a generic recipe mode and should be used by pack makers (when possible) as such.
