Describe the bug
When it snows in cold weather, anvils accumulate snow as if they were full blocks when they quite obviously are not. Snow can also be placed by the player on top.

This behavior extends to barrels as can seen in the pictures below.

To Reproduce
Try to put snow on top of an anvil or barrel. Alternatively, wait for snowfall to do the same thing.
