Config key inconsistency & missing lang entries & typo

Describe the bug
animalSpawnCount, huntableSpawnRarity, huntableRespawnWeight, predatorSpawnRarity, predatorRespawnWeight, mobSpawnCount and preventMobsOnSurface should have prefix config.tfc.world rather than config.tfc.general.
blueSteelBucketWhitelist, redSteelBucketWhitelist, nutritionRotationHungerWindow, snowMovementModifier, minimunPlantMovementModifier lack their lang entry.
Also, it should be config.tfc.general.tooltip and config.tfc.client.tooltip, not toolip....
