Project: Vibrant journeys causes feature order cycles if its features generate before Terra Incognita's. Reducing the priority BiomeLoadingEvent handlers to ensure PVJ goes first has helped, but it's a temporary workaround for now.

If biomes from other mods are present, PVJ causes crashes regardless of generation order.
