Slime Rain Enhancement

An idea I thought of (I'd love for a 1.16.5 version to get this update, alongside a 1.17, but if not, thats fine.
As a random chance (say... 4.9% to simulate Terraria's chances, with a config option?) when the day breaks, it will cause a Slime Rain. After killing 150 slimes (configurable, just like the chance it happens) The King Slime will spawn. Or you can wait out the day and it will stop.
This would be a really cool way to give the mod more challenge and content, and Slime Rain normally only raises the chance of Green, Blue, and Purples, but it'd be nice if the biome specific slimes were to get some love, in this concept!
Hey that's a great idea! It was actually one of the things I really wanted to do when I started the mod, I even got custom colored rain working, but I don't remember why I dropped it, I guess I had other stuff to do at the time. I'll totally keep this in mind for a future update though. Thanks for reminding me!
