Vanilla stripped logs can be crafted into stripped wood blocks (which have the stripped bark texture on all six sides) in a four by four shape, outputting three stripped wood blocks. The same cannot be said for Terrestria's stripped logs. The non-stripped logs can still be crafted into non-stripped wood blocks.
