when creating a new world the games loads infinite when this mod is installed when using sinytra

(Or to put it a bit differently, if something works in Fabric and does not work in NeoForge via Sinytra, it is a Sinytra bug not an issue to report to the mod's author unless they have specifically stated their mod works via Sinytra.)

I do not have time to provide support for running our biome mods via Sinytra Connector.
