Terrestria is not compatible with JumpOverFences

JumpOverFences supports all blocks that inherit FenceBlock or WallBlock, so this should be an easy inheritance fix I think.

As far as I know, Terrestria uses the vanilla fence block directly, which shouldn't cause this issue.
