[1.18.2 Bug] Thermal Expansion recipe not using tags

Description of the Bug
The recipe doesn't use the thermal:glass/hardened tag in the recipe when thermal integration is enabled

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable thermal recipe
  2. Check said recipe

In addition, it'd be nice to have a config option to remove the tooltip, or making it JEI info instead of a tooltip.
