I've noticed Create kind of "disables" blocks while being moved by the Pully for my Quarry. This is happening with the tesseract aswell, but being slightly more annoying by turning off the item channel.

Describe the solution you'd like
Tesseract item channel to not be disabled / turned off when Pully comes back up.
