Honing great axe to second honing damage results in broken name

Expected Behaviour
It should read Honing: Damage II

Minimal setup needed to reproduce
Great Axe to honing level 2 on damage.

  • Forge version: 28.1.111
  • Tetra version: 1.14.4-1.19.1
  • Tetra configuration: n/a
  • Other mods: lots but works with vanilla + tetra too for me

Steps to reproduce
Get a great axe to level 2 for Honing: Damage and the name shows as broken like below:
