Tool Rack Crashed when broke

Observed Behavior
I had just started up my 1.15.2 Hardcore world, and decided to make some tool racks. I had placed them next to my double doors at the entrance to my little cave-shack. Upon realizing that you could place them above workbenches to get the effects of items inside, I attempted to break one with my hand, and the game proceeded to give me this crash:

Expected Behavior
For the tool rack to pop down on the floor after breaking it with my hand

Minimal setup needed to reproduce

  • Forge version: 1.15.2 31.2.19
  • Tetra version: 1.15.2-2.16.0
  • Tetra configuration: Default, with shields enabled
  • Other mods: (Unsure if many of these would be needed)

    Side note: Shaders used were Sildur's Enhanced Default

Steps to reproduce
Make a tool rack
Place it on a wall
Break it (May Require you to break with fist)
