Observed Behaviour
Hopper taking items from racks without removing it from racks.

Expected Behaviour
Items on rack should not be taken by hopper?

Minimal setup needed to reproduce

• Forge version: 35.1.2
• Tetra version: 3.3.1
• Tetra configuration: Default (Clean install)

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a hopper below a rack
2. Place any item on rack
3. (the hopper will add the item into its inventory.)

• Break the rack now, the items are gone
• Just take the items from the hopper, or break the hopper, the items are duplicated.

That's like a Christmas gift! Confirmed it's fixed in latest update, thanks.

This can also be reproduced with 1.16.3 (Forge 34.1.41).
