After hours of digging and mining, I found a Hammer Forge underground where it was intended to be located, but after placing full power cells it simply does not work. You can add the side mods to "upgrade" it and it will give achievements, full power cells with make noise when placed, but the hammer's front and back adjustment console does not light up or anything. I even broke and replaced it in creative to no luck. Everything else appears to be working fine but the hammer, I am able to charge cells in the transfer unit and adjust them fine. If it helps I am using Valhesia 3-pre7-3.1.0
